How can I pay?
By following all steps in the ordering process you will arrive at the page with payment options. Here you can choose Bancontact, iDeal, Paypal, Sofortbanking, Riverty or bank transfer. With Bancontact and iDeal you pay directly via a secure online environment of your own bank. If you choose bank transfer, the order will be processed as soon as the amount has been credited to our account. Institutions/schools can choose to order on account and then receive an invoice with the shipment that must be paid afterwards.

Riverty carries out the complete post-payment process for This means that you will receive a payment overview from Riverty. With the Riverty App you can view and pay this payment overview, safely and easily from your smartphone. In the online environment My Riverty you can manage your payment overviews from your computer or tablet. Riverty keeps you informed via push notifications & e-mail when a payment overview is ready for you. Riverty carries out a data check to approve your request for payment afterwards. Riverty applies a strict privacy policy as described in its privacy statement. In the unlikely event that your request for payment with Riverty is not authorized, you can of course pay for your order with another payment method. You can always contact Riverty with questions. Can I pick up my order?
Yes that is possible. You will find the visiting address on our contact page. Collection is only possible by appointment.

Can I return my order?
That is possible. Click here for information about returns.
Statutory cooling-off period:
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Autishop with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us via We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We have many products in stock. However, there are a number of products that we have delivered per order. If your order consists of products that are in stock, you can expect them within 1-3 working days. If a product is not in stock, we depend on our suppliers. In most cases we can deliver within 1-2 weeks.
