Choose Gymnic's seat cushion, the Disc 'o' Sit. This ensures that you continue to move while sitting and maintain good posture. Sitting on a seat cushion provides the body with stimuli that increase concentration.



The Disc 'o' Sit has knobs that provide extra stimuli. When turned upside down, it can be used without knobs.
